Purchase your copy of "The Life of Abraham Lincoln", by Thomas Kennedy here.

A note from the artist:
Abraham Lincoln lived his entire life in four places; Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Washington DC. I have spent the last 2 years researching and painting scenes which depict the life of this great American hero in these four places.

My fascination with Lincoln was partially due to the fact that I have lived in three of the four places Abraham lived. I was born 35 miles from his Kentucky birthplace, lived and worked in Chicago, Illinois and now reside within 35 miles of his boyhood home in Spencer County, Indiana. As I painted, my admiration for Lincoln grew. This great man is one of the finest role models anyone could choose. Throughout the celebrations of the bicenntenial of his birth, it is my hope that many more people become aware of the legacy of this great man.
